My best friend lives with a man that starts drinking his first beer usually by 10 or 11:00 a.m. . He is a controlling manipulative narcissist. My best friend feels like she has to walk on eggshells all the time because she never knows how he’s going to react to something. He constantly is putting her down saying mean things to her ,she never does anything right. She doesn’t financially have the means to leave him she could stay with me but it’s only temporary I wish I could keep your hair all the time. How can I help her and how can I convince her that she’ll be okay but she needs to get away from him …
